Really glad that Hollyoaks is reaching the 2 million mark for the Channel 4 episodes - the episode yesterday was fantastic, i hope they can keep this figure up.

Well done to Corrie as well for getting 10.0 million and just over - very impressive indeed!

    From Media Guardian:

"ITV1's hour long episode of Emmerdale pulled in an average of 6.8 million and a 35% share from 7pm, beating BBC1's EastEnders overall last night, although the rural soap lost viewers to its London-based counterpart when the two went head to head.

EastEnders picked up an average of 6.4 million and a 31% share over 30 minutes from 7.30pm, although built its audience from 6.1 million at the start of the episode to 6.8 million for the final 15 minutes.

Emmerdale had 6.5 million viewers at 7.30pm, although this dropped to 6.1 million at 7.45pm."
