Guppy resists calling his dealer but his resistance is futile, in this week's helping of the medical drama.



Stitch goes out with the paramedics for the day and infuriates Maggie when he berates a patient's husband for interfering in his wife's suicide. The team blames Stitch when the man later kills himself, but Stitch shows no remorse.



Meanwhile, Selena is having a bad day and misses a vital diagnosis. She later confides in Harry that she didn't go ahead with the abortion and is still pregnant.

Maybe that was because she was scared and confused because she didn't have the abortion, and everyone thinks she's had an abortion so she can't confide in anyone? (especially not Nathan)

Can't believe she's actually still pregnant though! Thought it was just a rumour...

Grrr they've ruined my Guppy I used to lurveee how he was so clean shaven whatever, now they've ruined him . GRRRRRRRRRRRRR 8-)

Hmm not really into Casualty that much at the moment anyway to be honest. No where near as good as it used to be. I don't mind so much if I miss it, whereas Holby City I HAVE to tape and watch! They need to make it better again in my opinion. Get rid of Nadia, Stitch, Dixie, and Nathan for a start.. maybe even more even though I like the others.. maybe it's the characters that aren't working for me lol. Keep Charlie forever though.

I go through phases of liking casualty more than holby city, vice versa, at the mo it's casualty, just because of this whole Selena thing I want to see what happens already! I agree, with the Guppy thing though, they've made him a druggie Not good

I can not wait until Harry gets back so he can kick some serious butt ,,,,,,,,,I used to think Guppy was the cutest thing,,and his character was such a "good boy" character,, now I do not even reconize him ,, total character assination( cant spell today )
Does any one have an approximate date when all this happens to Stella ?????

Guppy is going the way that other doctor went, can't remember his name - he was marrying the Oz doctor but the helicopter crashed on way to ceremony. Please get rid of Dixie soon and let Josh take charge and get Cyd and whats his name back together - my brain is not in gear yet - can't remember anybody name.

Hmmmmmmmm that would be Simon, he was trying to take drugs while Jim was flying them to the ceremony...but Lara already found out about him and his two timing ways and the drugs..

Cyd was dating Greg, and yes get rid of Dixie she make my stomach churn...

Casualty has gone downhill recently since Josh got injured and Harry left. Then we got the awful Dixie and Nadia (the one that seriously needs acting lessons). Get rid of those two and all will be good again. Stitch was good to begin with but he's corrupted Guppy and he stands about giving orders and doing naff all.

Casualty just won't be the same without Charlie
