    New Ipod

Right guys i'm just after a little info, I have an Ipod mini at the moment and the battery is going to die out really soon as it's not staying charged so I'm going to get a nano as i already have the trainers you can connect your nano to, but i was wondering if i connected a new ipod to my computer would i have to put all my songs on to itunes again or can you just copy them across some how. I don't mind if you have to put them all on again, it just would be very time consuming.
    Does anyone know???

Do you not have all your songs on your i-tunes then? They should stay there, i can connect other peoples i-pods to my computer, the only thing that it does is if you want to add music to theres, is you have to wipe what is on the i-pod.
So basically yes you can plug your new one into it and it will be fine.

I don't have my tunes on i-tunes I just download them and keep them in a folder. When you want to put more songs on your i-pod contect it to you're PC then when the i-tunes page comes up double click on the left hand side where it says you're name so it shows you're songs. Then open the folder where the songs are, highlight them and drag them over to the page that you're i-pod page is on and you're i-pod should update autuomatically.

Thanks to Vicky for my great new banner xxx

yep like has been said before, transfers songs from Ipod to itunes, then Itunes to new ipod. Easy.
