Well I am at a risk of being over weight because I am a shortySo I started eating less (I find that I eat till I am full, even though I am not hungry
) and I have taken up swimming and I do a bit more exercising
..
I lost 4lb this week![]()
im trying to lose weight aswell and as im doing my pep coursework at school thought id properly start now as its the only time i really do any excercise lol and like you spicy i am short aswell im 5ft (how tall are you?) and do you know what the average weight is for someone at that height?
and i dont eat anthing untill lunch time during the week and of a weekend i only really eat dinner but is it true that if you do that you wont actuall lose weight as your metabolism dont start working or something
take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints and kill nothing but time
im 5 ft to. I have just done my BMI and apperently im healthy. well thats a lie as my fitness is appauling. really need to sort myself out. I have always been natrually skinny as im quite lucky like that but my fitness is a real issue
I am trying to walk alot more rather than get the bus. And go to the gym, and sail more.
I am 4ft 8!!I think I am the shortest in most my class but hey being short is good (get away with alot of things
)
I heard the average healthy weight for 5ft is.. 7 st 4 lb - 9 st 2 lb
Yup, well I heard that anyways. Breakfats is what gets your metabolism rates going so you can have snacks and stuff and it digests.
Don't know if this is true but I heard if you don't eat much for a long time you sort of start eating your insides? 'Cause of the chemicals inside your body which digest the food? Or well it does if you have chewing gum and eat nothing. Chewing gum is also good to eat after meals because the stuff inside your body (same acids I think) help digest the food more as your brain thinks your still eating or somethingx

i get told that all the time, but my body cant handle breakfast it makes me want to be sick. I didnt know that about chewing gum though.
I was talking to my nephew today about the nintendo wii and he was telling me that a guy in america bought a Wii he weighed 17 stone and in six weeks he lost 9 stone just by palying 1 hour of tennis on the Wii each day.
