    But it is so much easier isn't it Em!! I know the feeling lol!

    It takes a while for your metabolism to build up too, so I'm sure with going to the gym as often as you are you will see an improvement soon - and don't forget, muscle is heavier than fat!

    I know !! Im so lazy!

    Thing is I have to physically lose 2 stone for my op ... the fact that im much skinnier wont work with my surgeon .. he's only interest in that BMI thing

    Grrr - dont you just hate that!!

    Its like my hubby - he is 16 stone and technically classed as obese, yet if he went down to his supposed correct weight, he'd be having to lose about 4 stone and he would look ill - its not right!!

    It does. And no offence but I would be reaaaallly surprised if my surgeon was in his healthy BMI

    Okay I thought it would be easier on here to ask, so does anyone know a sight where they can work out there BMI and see if they are like overweight, that kind of thing?

    Check this bit out

    A BMI measurement is not as accurate if you're an athlete or very muscular (muscle weighs more than fat) as this can push you into a higher BMI category even if you have a healthy level of body fat. It's also not accurate for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people who are frail.
