How Was Your Day II?

I've just spent the morning internetless, by the looks of it, but I did go shopping, so I only realised after turning on the computer upon my return. Later I've still got to finish my Geography homework, and really should do some revision. Also need my hair cut before I go back to school, and I'm not keen on going offline incase I find myself internetless once again.

well thats the first day back out of the way, it all gets better from here on in apparently. First lesson was a bit of a shock. Got to do some revision as my law teacher has asked to see all my note and theres not alot of them. So id better get started.

Well Ive had my first day back at school too, and Im sooo tired now, just getting back into the new rountine again, but it was nice to see everyone, but we have parents evening on thursday so i was making appointments as well. At least I only got one homework set today. And Im at dancing later tonight, so it has been a busy day for me today.

well, i had my first day back today it was going okayish until geography and it went downhill from thereon in. we got our mocks back and i got a B which i was really upset about, and then when i looked at the mark scheme i would never have thought of writing any of the things that were on it, so i don't know what to go really... i mean a B is good but i want an A! and no revision seems to be going in anymore.
then the opticians rang saying my glasses were ready, but we got them home and they've had to go back because there's something wrong with the lense and then i'm going to kick n tone later and that's new so it should be fun!

It could be worse you could be me, got a D in the Exam Resit the thing and get an E on the resit !!!!! That would only happen to me.

Revsion for me isnt happening either. Nothing is sinking in. Im tryin bright colours now see if that helps.

CASE STUDIES !!!!!! I even have them on different coloured post it notes round the house.

One hint my friend told me when I took my nursing exam, was to remember important things as objects in a story - ie for me I had to remember the organs of the body so heart was a cup of coffee, the intestines were a bag of string etc. So you basically remeber the story - you can walk yourself through your house ie routine of getting up etc - hope that makes sense!

Well, I'm back to school tomorrow - not looking forward. The whole of year 10 has appointments with the head soon, and we get a number between -3 and +3 to show how well we are doing, 0 being what they would expect from us. He says he will never congratulate us for being brainy, only for exceeding targets. That means I need A*'s and A's, or he has a go. It really annoys me because to exceed my target in Geography, I need A*, which is never going to happen. And in some of the subjects that I'm predicted lower than the rest, I feel they are actually some of my strongest subjects.

We are getting ISA results, Science module results and I think English SAT results, which have been remarked twice, so they must be bad! The grids totally confused me in the modules, so I don't want anything to do with them.

Today my internet stopped working for a time, I went shopping with my Mum and one of the dinnerladies from my primary school confused me for a girl who is over a year younger than me - again. She thinks we are identical twins, but we don't look anything like each other, we only have the same disability. I also had my hair cut, and I don't know how I was ever obsessed with having long hair.

Why do you want to get congratulated for exceeding your targets? As long as you get decent grades at the end of it, then dont worry about 1 person saying "Well Done" to you, when you're only 1/4 into the course.

He's the type that's really patronising, if you only get what they think you're getting he moans at you, saying that you wouldn't find a school that is better at teaching, so you better pull your socks up, or something.

just get on and do it in spite of them. Thats what i did to all the teachers that said i was thick or was going to fail. Thick was the exact word i rememebr my maths teacher using, silly witch. She was well shocked when i got a B.

Only had one lesson today. It was Law, which was good as we just looked over more notes, i went to geography abnd she said my work was fine so i could go. Im now going to listen to take that as i got there new CD with my christmas voucher today.
