How did John die, did Victoria take a syringe from his pocket during the struggle and stick it into his neck? Was John carrying a number of ready to use syringes in his pocket, the previous night he had used one to put Victoria to sleep without any lasting harmful effects. Were they all loaded with the same substance, was there some for sleep and some for death? When Nate died John said something had gone wrong, that the injection was meant to help him, so did John suffer the same fate? Or did Victoria grab a lethal one?

Apparently John drugged Harry's drink that he never drank, was this evidence saved for the police?

Nate suffered an allergic reaction, so John said several times. I do not remember how Vic got hold of the Syringe, I wonder if she intended to just send him to sleep like he did to her or was there intent to kill?? She seemed too surprised and shocked to see John die.. it all does not make sense however it is an opportunity to allow Isabel Hodgkins who plays Victoria to go on maternity leave so I presume that is the storyline the scriptwriters came up with...

Im beginning to think that Victoria didn't kill John but injected him with the sleeping drug. Along comes Kidney Thief and after videoing Victoria then administers a fatal dose .

Did John not give Aaron a syringe to inject Robert, when he was tied up, so they and be rid of him forever, but Aaron refused to do it. Was it that syringe that Victoria used ?

yes his body is found, he is dead, think vic said about waiting on post mortem autospy results
