I had such high hopes when this family arrived, apart from (N)aggie mentioning he 65th birthday a 100 times, the petulant schoolboy sulking and Eva boosting sales for the Wonder bra, they have not really brought much to the street.

Well, that was quite a short episode of Corrie tonight. Time flies when you have your finger on the fast forward button for the Lisa, Becky etc. scenes.

They might get even shorter soon as I am beginning to get a twitchy finger whenever Maggie appears.

I never took to the new family from the start, especially Maggie. She really is not a nice person. I think they wanted to bring back Catherine Tyldesley as Eva and cobbled together a family to support her, a boring family, in my opinion.
