Roland Manookian has teased there will be trouble ahead for Teddy Mitchell as he arrives in Albert Square.

The character, the son of Stevie Mitchell, will enter Walford next week alongside sons Harry and Barney as he seeks to reconnect with Stevie.

EastEnders' Teddy Mitchell prepares for judgment day this December as his fate is revealed in court. But how will the tormented Harry cope with the guilt? With dad Teddy agreeing to take the fall for the murder of drug dealer Okie, Harry can?t handle the pressure and succumbs to his addiction once again. Can the Mitchells survive this ordeal?

"Harry is haunted by his dad?s decision," reveals our Walford insider. "Teddy?s always loved his boys more than anything else in the world so he can?t see another way to save Harry. But his son is in his own prison of addiction?"

Worried how her kids will take the bleak news about their dad?s future, Nicola decides to keep it to herself that Teddy has little option but to plead guilty.

However, when George accidentally lets the shocking news slip to Harry, the mechanic has a breakdown and reveals that he killed Okie. Horrified by Harry?s admission, George urges him to go to the police and hand himself in, but Nicola arrives in the nick of time to stop him.

Harry turns to drugs to cope as his family falls apart. But the Mitchells soon panic when Harry goes missing on the day of Teddy?s trial; will he wreck his dad?s plan to save his skin by confessing to Okie?s murder himself?

"Teddy?s taking a huge risk confessing to something he didn?t do," points out our source. "Harry?s on the edge and he threatens to destroy this whole trial. If he doesn?t keep it together, he risks sending them both to prison."

Nicola doesn't want either of her boys at the trial, especially not the volatile Harry, but his disappearing act makes her nervous. Worried about his state of mind, Gina and George team up and eventually find Harry?s whereabouts.

Despite his distress, they persuade him to come to court and support his dad, and Harry makes a last-minute appearance in court as Teddy takes to the stand. When the verdict is revealed, the Mitchell clan reel from the outcome, but Harry is sent back into the depths of despair.

Back at home, Barney announces he intends to move in with his biological father Zack, leading a huge argument to break out between Zack and Nicola.

With his family in chaos, Harry heads to the Arches to take drugs ? but after the day?s events, he isn?t thinking straight and accidentally overdoses?

With Harry?s life in the balance, Gina discovers her ex-boyfriend collapsed in the Arches and sounds the alarm. Jack jumps in to help, as the Knights find Nicola and an ambulance is called.

Will Harry survive his ordeal? And how will the Mitchells cope after Teddy?s trial?
