Neighbours spoilers follow for the episode airing on Monday 3 November.

1. Holly's baby lie implicates Max

Max Ramsay's world is turned upside-down on Neighbours next week as Holly Hoyland claims to be pregnant with his baby. The mechanic's ex makes the bold claim as she desperately tries to avoid being caught out for her recent affair with Andrew Rodwell.

Although Holly has been reluctant to drag Max into her secret pregnancy drama, matters are taken out of her hands next week. Max overhears Sadie Rodwell and Taye Obasi talking about Holly's secret ? and demands to know what's going on.

Taye decides that his loyalties lie with his best friend rather than Holly, so he tells Max what he knows ? Holly is pregnant and Max appears to be the father.

Max rushes over to the Kennedy house to seek confirmation from Holly. Unable to clarify that Andrew is the dad, Holly lets Max believe that it's his baby instead...

"Holly's decision comes straight from the playbook of her mum Izzy," our Neighbours source points out. "Izzy once pretended to be pregnant with Karl's baby ? unwilling to reveal that the father was actually Gus Cleary.

"More than 20 years on, it seems that history is repeating itself on Ramsay Street."

Loyal Max immediately declares that he's more than prepared to be a hands-on parent. However, Holly clarifies that she still isn't sure whether she wants to go ahead with the pregnancy or not.

With word already spreading around the Street sooner than she'd have liked, Holly informs Karl and Susan that she's pregnant.

The Kennedys are caring and supportive in response ? leaving Holly feeling more guilty than ever over the secrets she's keeping.

2. Sadie and Taye fall out

Sadie Rodwell gets annoyed with her boyfriend Taye for telling Max about Holly's pregnancy. Taye protests that Max had a right to know, but Sadie disagrees and says that it wasn't Taye's call.

Later, Taye apologises to Holly ? but is disappointed when Sadie still won't forgive and forget so easily.

3. A shock death is announced

Cara Varga-Murphy encourages Felix Rodwell to pursue his romantic interest in Elle Robinson, sensing that he's holding back.

Just when Felix is preparing for a date with Elle, Cara receives the shocking news that a car belonging to her dad Greg has exploded after going over a cliff. Cara is devastated as the tragic news sinks in that Greg is presumed dead!

4. Andrew tries to move forward

Things are looking up for Andrew and Wendy, as they finalise plans for a vow renewal ceremony. Wendy also surprises Andrew with a romantic dinner, leaving him secretly guilty as he feels undeserving of her kindness.

Andrew privately vows to be the husband that Wendy deserves and reignites the passion in their marriage for the first time in weeks.
