Bernice Blackstock returns for Gabby's wedding

As Gabby slips into her wedding gown, excited about marrying Vinny Dingle, a bombshell is about to drop.

With Kim and Laurel gathered, Gabby wows her mother-figures with her bridal look, but the excitement turns to shock when Bernice pitches up.

Gabby's stunned to see her mum who soon starts dropping heavy hints that her daughter is harbouring a secret which could put paid to her wedding.

Unaware that Gabby has a skeleton in her closet, Vinny is petrified about the host of secrets residing in his.

With Kammy having confronted Vinny's tormenter and blackmailer, Mike, the situation has got even worse.

Homophobic catfish Mike now wants more money to secure his silence about Vinny's sexual confusion.

So when Gabby summons guilt-ridden Vinny to the salon to talk, he panics. Does she now know he tried to kiss Kammy? Or is Gabby about to drop a bombshell of her own?

Later, defiant Gabby tells her mum the wedding is going ahead and asks Arthur to walk her down the aisle.

At Butler's, Celia arrives with a contract. Will Moira sign on the dotted line?

And there's huge embarrassment for Liam when his receptionist Claudette catches him taking a pee at the allotments.

    Tuesday

Is history repeating itself for bride Gabby Thomas?

The wedding guests are gathered for Gabby and Vinny's much-planned wedding day, but there's a problem.

Best man Kammy panics as there's no sign of the groom, Vinny Dingle.

With Vinny being blackmailed by homophobic catfish Mike – who attacked Vinny and has been threatening to tell Gabby her fianc? is gay – Kammy is worried. His attempt to silence Mike has only made matters worse.

As the panic spreads among the congregation, Gabby arrives on her brother Arthur's arm.

It falls to Kammy to tell her that Vinny's vanished…

Has Mike struck again on Vinny's wedding day or has Vinny realised he just can't go through with it?

Is Gabby about to learn, and not for the first time, that her partner is gay?

    Has Gabby been jilted?

At the surgery, Claudette wants to talk to Liam about his problem.

The GP explains that he's been having trouble holding in his wees and keeps getting caught short.

Though Liam reckons it's nothing, Claudette won't be dissuaded and books him an appointment to get checked out

    Wednesday

Will Bob and Bernice finally get their moment

Bernice has barely been back five minutes and she's already in trouble with her daughter Gabby and her sister Nicola.

Seeking sympathy, she turns to Bob. Will he listen, given all that went on at the B&B when they ran the place together?

Bad business matters aside, there's unresolved tension between the pair whose chemistry nearly bubbled over into something more than friendship before Bernice left for Portugal under a black cloud.

Though Bernice made her feelings plain back then, Bob squashed his attraction to her as he was in a relationship with Wendy Posner… who's now out of the picture.

As the pair open a bottle of wine and get talking, is the time finally right?

Will Bob and Bernice end up in bed together?

Pc Swirling gives April a lift home

Rhona is stunned to see April climbing out of a police car

April's cover-story manages to satisfy Rhona but Ray's not happy about the outcome and tells Dylan he's worried she's going to blab.

When Dylan mentions what Ray has said, April flips, furious to have been dragged into the dealer's shady world. And Dylan's comments only make matters worse.

Later, the teenager has an interview at the Depot. Is this Dylan's chance to get on the straight and narrow?

    Friday

There are consequences when April dares to confront Ray

Though Dylan thinks Ray has thrown him a lifeline, April isn't as taken in by the manipulative drug dealer.

With her latest drug drop having gone wrong – thanks to PC Swirling who recognised April and took her home, ruining the plan entirely – Ray wants to talk.

Emmerdale spoilers: Mack's underground bunker prison horror continues…

April's furious to know that her abilities are being questioned by Ray, unaware that this is all just another tactic of his to maintain control of the teenage couple.

Summoned to a carpark, April stands up to Ray wanting to know when their debt (again, another shady control ploy of Ray's) will be wiped out.

When the dealer heads off in his car taking April with him, worried Dylan is left wondering if his girlfriend is in danger…

What's Ray got in store for her?

Emmerdale's Dr Liam Cavanagh reveals that he's been suffering with bladder issues next week, after Claudette Anderson finds him urinating in the local allotment.

Could his symptoms be a sign of a more serious problem ? or simply a false alarm?

As the village GP for over 10 years, Liam has gathered a reputation for being one of Emmerdale's most upstanding citizens (for the most part, anyway).

So, when Claudette comes across him relieving himself at the allotment, Liam feels the need to explain exactly why he resorted to such out-of-character behaviour?

"Liam is embarrassed, to say the very least," our Emmerdale insider explains. "But rather than pretend the awkward moment never happened, Liam invites Claudette into the backroom at the Woolie and explains that he's been finding it difficult to hold his urine in.

"It's an admirable move considering how private the subject matter is, but Liam knows that Claudette is a friend and colleague that he can count on when it matters most. And as you'd expect, Claudette offers her best words of wisdom in response."

Upon hearing Liam talk through his situation, Claudette insists that he has a problem that needs to be evaluated by a medical professional other than himself. Liam, however, takes a different tack and tries to shrug off the issue altogether.

Can Claudette convince him to take her sage advice and seek help? Or will Liam go against everything he stands for and gamble on his health?

"Surely Liam would advise anyone in his predicament to visit his practice," our source continues. "It could well turn out to be a very minor problem, but on the other hand, it could be something that may cause him bigger problems later down the line.

"We just don't know until Liam takes the plunge and gets himself checked out by a doctor.

"With his home life happier than ever, it would be devastating if he brushed his problem under the rug then had to deal with another health crisis so soon after Chas's breast cancer."

Not one to back down, Claudette does all she can to encourage Liam to book an appointment as soon as he can.

Given the severity of Claudette's concern, could Liam find himself on the receiving end of an unexpected diagnosis? And if so, how will he and Chas cope with the inevitable stress it would put on their shoulders?

Emmerdale's Moira Dingle commits herself to an illegal business deal next week, when she signs a mysterious contract given to her by Celia Daniels.

Will her risky decision change her life for better or worse?

When Celia turns up with a business contract in hand, Ross Barton and Moira are both intrigued by the proposition laid out in front of them.

And it's not long until Moira susses out that the contract breaks the law ? then goes ahead and signs it anyway.

"Moira has faith in Celia," our Emmerdale source explains. "And why shouldn't she? Ever since Celia confessed the truth about her involvement in Joe and Kim's plan to swipe her land, Moira has every reason to believe that she's completely on her side."

So, while the contract is criminal in nature, Moira is hopeful that it benefits her own interests enough to be worth it.

But whether that is the case or not is yet to be revealed?

"It could go either way," our insider continues. "When Celia first landed in the village, Dales boss Laura Shaw teased us by saying that both viewers and villagers would eventually discover what the fiery farmer is truly capable of.

"It makes you wonder whether Celia is pretending to be something she's not, or whether she has Moira's back all the way. If one thing's for sure, it's that this story is one to watch."

Having signed Celia's shady contract, has Moira found herself a perfect partner-in-crime? Or is her unlikely friendship bound to end in disaster?
