1. Andrew and Holly plan to leave
Neighbours love cheats Andrew Rodwell and Holly Hoyland make drastic plans for the future next week ? agreeing to leave Erinsborough together.
As the pair realise that they want to be together on a long-term basis, they're forced to consider practical concerns over where they'll live following the inevitable backlash.
These important discussions play out after Holly makes the spontaneous decision to dump her boyfriend Max Ramsay.
Max, Sadie Rodwell and Taye Obasi are all baffled over Holly's choice to end things based on a flimsy excuse. When Sadie tells her dad what's going on, things threaten to turn even messier...
"Andrew isn't happy over how Holly has handled the situation," our Neighbours insider explains. "This is exactly the situation he'd hoped to avoid ? lots of drama and awkward questions.
"Holly insists that she's done the right thing, though, admitting that it was impossible to continue the relationship with Max because of how guilty she felt."
As Andrew is forced to accept Holly's reasoning, he starts to ponder over how much more difficult it'll be for him to end things with his wife Wendy.
Andrew knows that it'll be impossible to continue living in Erinsborough due to the rows and recriminations that are sure to follow.
Instead, he and Holly agree to leave town together once their relationship is public. How long will it take for Andrew to find the right moment to break Wendy's heart?
2. Nell's last day in Erinsborough
Nell Rebecchi is also preparing to leave town, as she has decided to go to live with her dad Toadie in Colac. However, she's adamant that she doesn't want a leaving party because of how upset her ex-boyfriend JJ Varga-Murphy is.
JJ's younger brother Dex shares some wise words with him, suggesting that it's not a good idea to leave things with Nell on such a sour note.
Realising that Dex is right, JJ organises a last-minute leaving party for Nell so that she can leave the Street on a high. Before they're parted one last time, JJ and Nell agree that they'll always be friends.
3. Wendy gets an important new role
Before Nell leaves, she also takes steps to make sure that the Sonya Rebecchi Foundation will be looked after well in her absence.
She arranges for Wendy to be custodian, confident that she'll do a great job after her strong efforts with the Foundation's recent jumble sale.
4. Terese and Elle face a major challenge
Elle Robinson admits to her brother Leo Tanaka that she still hasn't accepted their father Paul's relationship with Terese Willis. When Leo tips off Terese that Elle feels this way, there's another row between the two women.
Elle decides to move out of Number 22 as she can't bear the tension, but Terese resolves to be the bigger person and asks her to stay for Paul's sake.
Shortly afterwards, Paul is invited to take another trip to New York City as Andrew's baby has just been born. Can Terese and Elle cope under the same roof alone?
