Nell walks out on JJ
Neighbours teen Nell Rebecchi shocks her boyfriend JJ Varga-Murphy next week as their latest cosy date ends in disaster.
The young couple prepare for some quality time together when JJ sets up a romantic movie night, but Nell seems distracted after big news from Paul Robinson.
Next week's episodes see Paul and Terese Willis inform Nell that they'll be spending more time in New York from now on.
Paul has had this life change in mind for a while now, which is partly why he brought Annalise Hartman back to Erinsborough with a view to her becoming a manager at Lassiters.
"Nell isn't pleased over the news," our Neighbours source confirms. "She has no idea how this will all work alongside Terese's many commitments in Erinsborough.
"Nell also doesn't want to feel like she's holding Terese back. It'd be no fun for Nell if she was the one stopping Terese from being in New York as much as Paul will be."
JJ sets up the movie session to help Nell take her mind off things, but she's battling with secret uncertainty over what the future holds for their relationship.
Nell notes the romantic setting and feels overwhelmed as she questions JJ's intentions. Suddenly, she rushes out of the date ? leaving JJ baffled over what he did wrong.
"JJ is so confused that he even asks if his younger brother Dex said something to freak Nell out," our insider adds.
"This leads to tension reaching point for the Varga-Murphys out on Ramsay Street?"
Paul vows to make his apologies
Meanwhile, Paul continues to regret pitting Annalise and Krista Sinclair against each other. It's clear that the ladies have wised up to his games and have formed a solid alliance.
Paul realises that he'll need to apologise and get everything back on track. However, he's sidetracked when his son Leo Tanaka complains about being left out of the discussions regarding New York.
Annalise goes AWOL
When Paul issues a heartfelt apology, Krista promises to keep helping him with the upcoming jewellery exhibition.
Annalise isn't around for Paul's show of remorse, though, as she has headed off to visit Beth Brennan in Sydney. Has Annalise walked out of Lassiters for the final time?
The Varga-Murphys reach breaking point
Remi rebukes Cara for meddling in her professional life, as Cara has tried to pressure her wife's doctor into letting Remi work at the hospital again. Things only get worse for Cara when she spots that Remi has stopped wearing her wedding rings.
Later Cara and Remi find JJ and Dex pushing and shoving each other in their row over Nell. Rather than stamp it out, the estranged couple argue between themselves, resulting in an embarrassing display on Ramsay Street.
