And it also seems highly likely that he performed a life saving miracle on Aidan that ended up putting him in a coma, so that didn't work either. He is either VERY unlucky, as are the victims around him, or VERY accident prone. Either way a paramedic to steer clear of.

They rarely disclose what medication characters are taking, I have no idea what medication Parkinson Disease sufferers have to take and what the side effects are .. I doubt it would have been properly explained as that scenario was no longer needed.. for now... probably will never find out what John's intentions were

Parkinson's sufferers are often prescribed Levodopa which converts to Dopamine in the brain, aiding movement and coordination.

I think I would have preferred to see the Eric story, rather than the old Soap trope of someone drinking an unrealistic amount of alcohol, and then seeming to be remarkably sober, when they came round in what seemed to be a short time later. If Moira had not come home did John have something else planned for Cain?

Where the heck is Lydia? Have they said? She never showed up to her own party, but whenever we see Sam, he doesn’t seem concerned at all.

I am wondering if he is actually a paramedic?

The same happened with Aggie on Coronation Street, although they later have declared her filing for divorce to explain her not returning. I hope Karen Blick who plays her is not seriously ill so she cannot work... it does seem strange that she does not get mentioned and nobody seems concerned about her...

Yes. I don't why so many people have a down on him, including Bob Hope who made a snide comment about him. The worse thing he did was kill the guy who raped his sister hardly Mafia stuff is it, and that to some degree was accidental, the guy had already been injured by his own brother earlier.

I am trying to remember if Robert was well liked by people in the village before the killing, I think maybe not, as I seem to remember he was not a very nice guy. This is why I am not too keen on returning characters, as I can rarely remember their past history, especially nowadays when it allows the story tellers to bring them back with, a new face, a new personality or a new history.
