Monday

Emmerdale's killer John Sugden is questioned about Nate

With the investigation into Nate's murder underway, the police bring in John Sugden.

Having killed the dad and thrown him into the lake, will John be able to mask his guilt and focus the detective's suspicion elsewhere?

Back in the village, as Tracy walks past, Sam can't help himself.

Furious with Tracy for casting aspersions about his brother Cain, he lays into her, and is joined by the rest of the family.

Seething, Cain joins in, suggesting that it's Tracy who killed his son.

Later, John tries to comfort Cain. As he secretly conjures up a plan, he assures the Dingle dad that the police will soon have something else to focus on.

Elsewhere, Jacob finds out that Sarah still hasn't told her gran, Charity, about her cervical cancer diagnosis and is furious with her.

Emmerdale's Tracy Robinson is framed for her husband's murder

Tracy Robinson's stunned when the police turn up at her place with a search warrant as the search into Nate's murder continues.

As events unfold, it's clear the real killer, John Sugden, has covered his tracks with expert precision…

Knowing she had nothing to do with her ex's death, the mum confidently tells the detectives that they're wasting their time.

So imagine her horror when they find Nate's mobile in Frankie's Wendy house!

Tracy can barely stand as she's led out to the patrol car.

And down at the station, she reels when she's told there's no record of the man who came to the house a while back to collect Nate's things to supposedly take up to Shetland.

Given that she and Nate also had had a major argument before he set out to make a new start in Shetland, as the evidence stacks up against Tracy it's not looking good…

Later, she's released and immediately runs into Cain.

Having been put through the wringer, Tracy's fraught and makes it clear she still suspects him – and the feeling is mutual.

Elsewhere, Vinny panics as he realises he's forgotten all about the anniversary of his and Gabby's first kiss, and recruits Kammy to help him roll out a plan…



Thursday

Will Emmerdale's Vanessa Woodfield lie to the police ?

Tracy Robinson's in the hot seat with the police who are making their way through the suspects list as they investigate Nate's murder.

As she denies any part in her ex's death, the evidence says otherwise thanks to Nate's real killer, John Sugden.

When the pathologist supplies a date of death, the police reveal they suspect that Nate was killed the very day he set out to start afresh in Shetland.

Tracy tells the officers she was with her sister that day, secretly hoping that she can get Vanessa to tell them the same.

What will Vanessa say when Tracy asks her to lie to save her skin?

Vanessa and Tracy at home in their dressing gowns, Vanessa drinks some tea while Tracy is upset and has her head in her hands

Later, at the vets', it's crunch time when DS Walsh calls in and asks Vanessa to corroborate Tracy's alibi in an official statement.

What will Vanessa do?

At the Woolie, a fight breaks out as Tracy launches at Ruby…

At Tenants House, Bear's not his usual self and to compound the issue he's not sleeping.

He's persuaded by Mandy and Paddy to see GP Liam and returns with some sleeping pills.

Needing to pop out, Bear tells Eve that he'll bring her some sweets back if she stays quiet while he's out as her parents are upstairs napping.

When Mandy and Paddy wake up they find the little girl fiddling with Bear's meds they panic. Has Eve swallowed any?

At the shop, Kerry throws a surprise party for Pollard who sends her reeling when he later reveals his selling his home.



Friday

Emmerdale's Joe Tate brands Billy a thief

At Home Farm Clemmie's mobile has gone missing.

Unbeknownst to Dawn, Joe and Kim, it's Kammy who's pinched it and set out to sell it.

But it's Billy, Dawn's skint ex who's under suspicion.

When Joe lays his suspicions bare, will Dawn and Kim back him up or realise that Joe's way off base about the doting dad?

Elsewhere, grieving Cain and Tracy continue to accuse each other of Nate's murder unaware that the real killer, John Sugden, is living in the village in plain sight…
