Yes he's as big a menace as Joe. Did not see that coming Dawn being guilty of Joe going out of the window, thought she was just trying to protect the person in her family that did it.

Part of me thought that either Billy or Dawn did it while Joe was threatening Clemmie again, but I really didn't believe that Dawn would be strong enough to do it. He broke through the wooden frame of the window. Based on the way he fell, it looks as though he was pushed from behind.
