I think she will be off to Thailand which is why Jason is coming back for a short stint.. whether she will be cleared of any involvement in Julie's death or she is doing a runner remains to be seen..

If it is found that Julie died from an overdose, regardless of whose pills they were, unless someone saw Eileen feed them to her, or force her to take them, short of a confession I doubt she could be charged with anything. But this is a soap, so anything could happen.
