I'm still scarred from Sybil dying on Downton Abbey. Also when she was saying she was feeling weird, the nurse didn't even examine her and just told her it was okay. It wasn't until she fell unconscious that the nurse looked. There was staff available to stand around her. They just weren't doing anything.
