The good thing is that I have comfort in convincing myself that Caleb will live and Anthony will not even if Caleb flatlines as we saw on the flash forward.

I truly wonder whether Anthony's autopsy will show that he wasn't dying of cancer. He's just a lech.

No, there was six, he took them out, then pretended to put one back in for the Russian roulette. Then he reloaded with all six.
