Neighbours has confirmed the full details of the dramatic crash cliffhanger in the 2024 finale episode.

Three lives will hang in the balance as Sebastian Metcalfe's dodgy behaviour comes back to haunt him in high-stakes scenes.

Upcoming episodes see Sebastian make a return to Erinsborough, following his brief break when he was scared off by Leo Tanaka.

Sebastian reconnects with his best friend Krista Sinclair, but he quickly realises that she has lost patience with his irresponsible antics.

When Sebastian protests that he still needs money to pay back loan sharks, Krista is sceptical over his true intentions for the cash.

Sebastian declares that he simply wants the chance to turn his life around, so Krista offers to help him get sober.

Krista encourages Sebastian to take this lifeline and get clean, or take the money from her and never contact her again. To Krista's dismay, Sebastian chooses the money.

Rather than leave town, Sebastian hides out in an empty shed on Power Road ? seemingly still holding out hope of further chances from Krista.

When Christmas Day arrives, a mystery man turns up in Erinsborough looking for Sebastian.

Dex Varga-Murphy tips off Leo about how he's seen Sebastian lurking on Power Road. Leo then passes this information on to Sebastian's visitor.

Shortly afterwards, Byron Stone, Sadie Rodwell and Max Ramsay all cross paths outside Grease Monkeys.

Suddenly, there's a horrifying turn of events as a car drives straight at Sebastian, with Sadie standing in the way.

Max jumps in with a heroic attempt to save Sadie, but they both end up getting knocked over alongside Sebastian. Will they all survive? And could Leo get the blame for leading Sebastian's enemy straight to him?

Neighbours airs these scenes on Thursday, December 19, before the show takes a two-week break for Christmas.

Neighbours releases new episodes from Mondays to Thursdays for free on Amazon Freevee and Prime Video in the UK and US. In Australia, the show airs from Mondays to Thursdays at 4pm on Channel 10, with a 6.30pm repeat screening on 10 Peach Comedy.

I don't think we have been told yet exactly why Shane brought Max to Erinsbrough - other than something had happened in Queensland, so that he couldn't go back (for now anyway). So, whether someone is actually after him or he just did something stupid etc etc still remains to be seen. I am sure we will find out the circumstances eventually...

Only reason Im invested is for BABY CHAUL !

CHELSEA is having this baby , KRISTA lost hers and CARA lost the chance of having one.

Both women are going to resent CHELSEA big time.

They should go down the path of postpartum with CHELSEA and have the other two women step up to care for the baby bringing them all together 🙂
