I think that would depend if it was saved to the cloud, I do not think it is automatically saved there unless you chose to do so. Many people do not think it safe, as it can be hacked. I never use the cloud. I would not think Tom would save incriminating evidence there.

Did Sam not wipe the axe and gun clean, when they were trying to cover it up? I do not think we know exactly what Belle has told the police about the axe and the gun.
