I wish the writers would stop with NICOLETTEs self sabotage.
HANNAH is great in this role and capable of so much more. For once can NICOLETTE have a win and a really good business SL. Liked the dynamic between NICOLETTE and PAUL. They would be great in business together.

The character deserves way better. Since the reboot its been nothing but misery for her!

They should put her back in the cafe and let her run it!! Now that LASSITERS owns it, there is potential for her and PAUL to work together.

It appears that Nicolette does end up managing the cafe. This is from an earlier DS article:

"Elsewhere, Krista has redesigned the Lassiters office, but Paul is unimpressed. Krista offers up several ideas for a charity fundraiser, but Paul is vehemently opposed to all three. Krista challenges him to come up with his own suggestion, and when he doesn't, she's mindful of the advice that Terese gave her ? Paul respects those who stand up to him.

Following this advice, Krista makes a call and decides to push ahead with a male revue, knowing that Paul is adamantly opposed to it. Incensed, Paul warns Krista that two can play at this game? and she's subsequently horrified when Paul offers her housemate from hell NICOLETTE the manager's job at Harold's without consulting Krista."


Also, the pictures we have seen of the 'hostage' situation at the Waterhole show Felix in an apron etc, suggesting he is working there, but apparently Karl offers him a job & he is actually working at the Tramstop.

CARA is being painful at the moment. She has become what REMI was at the start. Its like they swapped personalities!

NICOLETTE has great chemistry with PAUL , I wish theyd utilise that.

Neighbours' Nicolette Stone seeks reassurance from Aaron Brennan next week as the Varga-Murphys' baby storyline continues.

Nicolette is left feeling insecure when she realises that Remi and Cara Varga-Murphy have approached Aaron to ask for his help with expanding their family.

Remi and Cara are in the early stages of planning to have another baby together. Cara is interested in using a known donor this time, in contrast to the process they previously went through to welcome their sons JJ and Dex.

This week's episodes see Remi and Cara ask Aaron if he'd be interested. Aaron confirms that he's flattered to be considered, but won't get involved as he's a carrier for the Huntington's gene.

Next week, Nicolette is surprised to find a card that Remi and Cara have written for Aaron.

The touching message thanks Aaron after he confirmed that he would have said yes to being their donor if the circumstances with the gene were different.

Overreacting to her discovery, Nicolette prepares for a row with Aaron but thinks better of it when she learns that Cara has been admitted to hospital following an accident at Lassiters.

When Nicolette does catch up with Aaron, she admits that she's insecure because it seems like he would prefer to have another baby with a "rock solid" couple like Remi and Cara rather than her.

Nicolette and Aaron are already parents to their daughter Isla. Before Aaron's husband David died, there had been talks about potentially expanding their family further.

Nicolette adds that in an ideal world, she would have another baby with Aaron.

Aaron is touched by Nicolette's vulnerability and quickly confirms that, if it weren't for the Huntington's gene, he would hypothetically have another baby with her too ? even now that David isn't in the picture.

After their recent rows over Isla, have Nicolette and Aaron finally turned a corner?

Neighbours airs these scenes on Monday, November 18.

So glad that AARON was a definite no for a donor.

Why cant NICOLETTE go back to being a nurse at this rate, she is getting nothing being at the cafe.
Expected the job to be a turning point for her, still the same old same old with her..
