I reckon that Joel assaulted a shop dummy.

This alone would not be enough to convict him, as he would deny it. But when you add up all the evidence I think there is a pretty strong case. The police can analyse his phone data, which I think would put him in the vicinity, at the time of the attack. Also she is pregnant with his baby, and staying in his flat, even though he has not admitted to anyone, especially Dee-Dee, that he knows her, all very suspicious. Because his name has not come up, the police have not been looking for any evidence to connect him too the case, if Lauren told them about him, and they carried out a more concentrated search, I think they would start finding evidence against him.

Any normal police force might, but this is the Corrie police we are talking about.

Stu and Yasmeen saying they need to be careful with money, buying takeaway coffee in Roy's. When they have just left their restuarant, and within yards of their home, both places, where they could have all the free coffee they want.

When typing Yasmeen here, predictive typing came up with "He's keen".

I have never understood why so many of the Street's inhabitants have their breakfast in Roy's, especially the owners of other local eateries.
