sarah could have spoke with moira or debbie for advice, sarah owed nothing to mack or chloe, al and chas affair secrecy should have made her speak up

Sarah was hoping that Chloe would move to Scotland and that Charity would never find out about Mack and Chloe. So her happiness would not be destroyed. Discussing it with Debbie or Moira would have increased the chance of the secret ceasing to be a secret. There is saying " It is very difficult to keep a secret but is even more difficult not to." I am sure most of us have been in the situation where someone has come to us and said " I really should not tell you this, as it was told to me in confidence, but ............" I think Sarah did the right thing.
