My teacher gave some books out just before Christmas and put them on text receipts (so they had to be numbered) because she said it wouldn't be fair to ask us for the money for the books when we had Christmas presents to buy etc. I gave in the money just after Christmas and she said I could write my name in the book and that she'd throw the text receipts away. I did and today she asks me if I've written in it and says that the book I wrote in wasn’t from the right set and that she’ll have to number a book from the other set to replace it now.Originally Posted by Rawnie
