Fire engulfs Erinsborough high school, putting lives in danger.
Brad has to make a life and death choice.
Paige and Tyler are trapped.
Amber is faced with an impossible decision about her baby.

Wednesday, 21st October - 7238
Toadie's life is in danger.
Tyler makes a decision about his feelings for Paige.
Terese is crushed Brad chose to rescue Lauren first.
Will Amber's baby survive?

Thursday, 22nd October - 7239
Paige is protective of Amber after she gives birth.
Lauren broaches Brad's actions with Terese.
Karl and Daniel clash.
Amy and Jimmy move into number 26.

Friday, 23rd October - 7240
Kyle and Amy clash over Paul.
Daniel's disillusionment deepens.
Mark closes in on his prime suspect.

Sounds like it's going to be a great week with the fire at the school.

Looks like Tyler finally tells Paige he is in love with her. As they are about to get it on in the lift at school but Tyler passes out due to the smoke from the fire.

Amber giving birth prematurely.

Wonder what Ben's secret is?

Daniel's assault looks like it has had a big affect on him.

i see amy and jimmy move in with kyle ,thats were i think they will give in to each other's feelings.

If Brad choses to rescue Lauren over Terese first - this would have a devastating effect on their kids - its their mum and he's their dad.

It makes Brad betrayal even more distasteful, he's got three kids with Terese, only one with Lauren and that one he wasn't there as she grew up - so the loyalty comes straight back down to lust and ego with Lauren to put her first.

If Brad choses to rescue Lauren over Terese first - this would have a devastating effect on their kids - its their mum and he's their dad.

In a situation like that, it's more likely it comes down to love.

I would like to think the "bigger man" would put the love of his proper family over the lust of his lover to save their mother. Still as history unfolds with this man he is totally weak.

Well put!! Brad (and Lauren) are totally weak, and selfish, always taking what they want and then having the sheer crass arrogance to get on their moral high horse and try to justify their actions with fancy notions of love.

Nobody dies in the fire. Amber give birth prematurely but it looks like the baby dies a week later. this is leading up to Jenna's exit in December.

Don't forget, Terese was his lover too. When he was married to Beth. Anyway, perhaps they can all get themselves out, unless anyone gets trapped.

I'd rather no-one had to reply on Brad to save them! I'd personally (me, not Brad....) choose Terese to save but I think it will be Lauren that Brad chooses (and I'd like to see what happens if/when Imogen, Josh, and Piper find out!).

Separately, that's a real shame if it's true about Amber's baby dying. :(

I doubt he'd have time to think so logically but, even if did, in life or death situations people automatically help their loved ones before anyone else. To put your girlfriend's kids before your own would be pretty unforgivable in my opinion.

However, I'm sure all Brad cares about when rescuing Lauren first is that she's his current favourite of the two women.

I've found Youtube videos will only embed if you take the "s" out of "https" in the hyperlink. The forum software doesn't recognise https connections to Youtube as videos for some reason.

Yes, I think youtube must have made changes. The s means it is a secure site so presumably before they didn't have the certificate or whatever it is that gets the s to appear. I'm not used to seeing the s on sites I'm not spending/accessing money on!

I posted videos years ago without changing the address in any way. There must be a default that only embeds http:// videos or something. Presumably if it was changed then any videos not on a https:// would fall over in the same way (DailyMotion is one, I believe.)

More and more sites have started automatically using secure connections since the Edward Snowden revelations. It's a good thing because it helps safeguard our privacy. I'm not an expert or anything, but I assume both addresses land on the same web page but https uses an encrypted connection whereas http is open for anyone to snoop on.

As for other videos, the forum software doesn't recognise them all unfortunately. I believe every different player requires a specific plugin enabled on this site. ITV changed their videos (from youtube to something new) a while back so we were no longer able to embed their videos. I don't know if that's still the case or if they went back to using youtube.

I was especially irritated at the way Piper immediately befriended Lauren. That's so unrealistic! Children usually hate parents' new partners, especially ones with whom the parent was unfaithful.

Terese must feel really rejected and I think she's coping admirably with everything overall. You'd have to be an absolute saint not to react angrily and pettily the way she did about the renovations.

The story is too far removed from real life - there is too much niceness and letting stuff go than real families just would not do (ok its a soap !!)

I know Terese cheated to get Brad ... but I certainly wouldn't like Lauren as a friend - she is so self indulgent - I would say it was maternal instincts to protect her family, but she's blown that apart months ago letting Brad know how available she is for him.

I really hope I'm wrong as I'd find it so infuriating, but I'm beginning to think - the way Terese is being portrayed as the "bad guy" - that Piper and Josh (particularly Josh) will be shown as being "totally understanding" about Brad choosing to save Lauren over their mother....! I can just see it being presented as "Oh well, Terese was okay in the end so no harm done...."!!! And then Terese will be portrayed as being "unreasonable" for being upset and angry about Brad's decision!

Just becasue Mark & Paige had said I love you, it doesn't mean they will stay together. When someone says I love you, something always happens.

Kyle & Georgia said I love you and they have split up.

Paige & Tyler are about to get it on the lift, so I reckon Paige has realised she does have feelings for him. Feelings can come out of nowhere.

With Kyle, it really looks like they want to get him and Amy together....although you're right about saying I love you doesn't necessarily mean a permanent relationship - so who knows....maybe he gets with Amy but then they break up and he reunites with Georgia at a later stage?

I think that's what could happen. He is leaving after all.

If Kyle's leaving then I do hope they reunite him and Georgia. It's nice to sometimes have happy endings!
