That funeral director is a joke,, are we supposed to know who SIMON is ( I presume that is his assistant ??)
I just want all of this OVER,,, :wall:

Jade Goody's husband Jack Tweed has expressed frustration over the constant presence of her former fitness instructor Kevin Adams, a report claims.
Ex-Fame Academy coach Adams spent much of his time at Goody's Essex home after she was diagnosed with cancer in August last year.
"Kevin was Jade's fitness instructor and became a friend. But that's all," a source told the Daily Star Sunday.
"Jack is really appreciative of all the help and support Kevin has offered but has felt he should back off at times. Jack doesn't want to rock the boat. He's a quiet guy and doesn't want trouble. But it's fair to say things are becoming strained."
Adams was at Goody's bedside when she passed away at home last weekend. The situation apparently left Tweed "quietly fuming".
The insider added: "The whole thing with Kevin is really weird. He has a wife and children and yet he wanted to be with Jade. No one asked him to be there all the time. He just decided he would be.
"Jack found it really hard to deal with. There were times he just wanted to be alone but Kevin was rarely away from the scene. You have to ask yourself how would you feel if your wife was dying and her fitness instructor was there 24/7?"
Goody will be laid to rest on April 4. Members of the public have been told that they are welcome to attend her funeral.
Surely her husband should have been at her bedside when she passed away?
Jade Goody's sons will fly out to Australia for a holiday with their father Jeff Brazier next week, a report claims.
TV host Brazier has apparently decided that he wants Bobby, five, and Freddie, four, to escape the media glare which will surround Goody's funeral on April 4.
A source told the News Of The World: "Jeff realises there is an argument for the boys attending the funeral and staying here.
"But he thinks there is a much stronger argument for them to just get away from it and remember their mum as she was."
Brazier and the boys are expected to visit the Gold Coast in eastern Australia before staying with friends in Melbourne.
The insider added: "They just want to be completely left alone for three weeks. They won't be doing any press at all."
Goody passed away on Mother's Day following a battle with cancer. She was 27.
That is the right thing to do, take the boys out of the country and hopefully out of the lime light. Hopefully their holiday will not be disturbed by the media being intrusive.
They keep bodies in fridges anyway.
Surely Jack wasn't stopped from being at Jade's side when she died, it was probably his own choice for one reason or another - it sounds to me like he is feeling guilty for not being there and looking for someone to blame. It hasn't taken long for the mud to start flying and she is not even buried yet - says a lot doesn't it.
It's probably going to be nearly 12 days because of all the organising of the funeral.... 'televised event' - normally peeps are buried within 7/8 days.
As a side note, I'm pleased her boys are to be spared the ordeal of the funeral, esp as it seems it's going to be such a 'public event.'
Jeff is the only sensible one. he is right to take the boys away out of the way let's hope that when they do return they are left alone to grow up out of the limelight.
Michael Jackson is reportedly planning to attend Jade Goody's funeral on Saturday.
According to the Daily Star, the 'Thriller' singer has offered his support to Goody's husband Jack Tweed following the reality star's death from cervical cancer on March 22.
"Michael has been very moved by Jade’s story. He has pledged to offer any support he can and he has promised to try and make it to the funeral," revealed an unnamed insider.
Earlier this month, Jackson was reported to have phoned Goody after learning of her illness through his brother Jermaine, who appeared alongside the star on Celebrity Big Brother in 2007.
The source added that he "spoke to Jade and Jack more than once shortly before she passed away".
Jade Goody could be immortalised by a statue in Bermondsey, it has emerged.
A number of fans have written to council heads and urged them to commemorate the reality TV star, who died last week, The Mirror reports.
Community council chair Bob Skelly said: "The council has plans for the Dickens Estate area where Jade grew up, and I'm sure we could do something."
Publicist Max Clifford said: "It's wonderful news."
It is thought that a statue or blue plaque could be installed to recognise the effort Goody made to raise awareness of cervical cancer.
FFS, I know that the number of smear tests have gone up but she is not the only once that has raised the awareness of various kinds of cancer, but all the other people who are endlessly campaigning and raising funds don't get statutes or plaques installed in their home towns. What about Jane Tomlinson, who did so much for breast cancer and left a husband and young child, for example. Next Goody will be beatified and made a saint
Michael Jackson will not attend Jade Goody's funeral, publicist Max Clifford has said.
Reports had suggested that the 'Thriller' star would be among mourners attending this Saturday's service after he telephoned Goody just days before her death.
However, Clifford told Sky News: "Michael was never, ever coming, it was never on the agenda. He also feels the focus of the funeral should be about her and her family.
"But he has sent a lovely message of condolence to her family, that she was a brave girl and that her message will save a lot of lives, and he will be sending flowers."
Clifford confirmed that Goody's family want Katie Price to stay away from the service, which is to be held at St John The Baptist Church in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
He said that they are angry with the star for criticising Goody's decision to go public about her cervical cancer last September. "The family have made it very they clear they don't want her there," he said.
Max Clifford told Sky News - says it all now, is there nothing happening on the planet other than Jade's death, funeral etc... I am so fed up with all this - and dont tell me to turn over or something, its everywhere. :wall: :wall:
What fecking good it a statue they should be raising money to open a new cancer ward or to purchase some high tech fabby dabby equipment to rid the world of this terrible diease.
Cancer victim Jade Goody's hopes for her children are unveiled in poignant final message.
The former Big Brother star, who died from cervical cancer nearly two weeks ago, said she hoped that Bobby and Freddie would turn into 'fine, upstanding young men', and that their times together were her 'most precious memories', according to The Sun.
She also pledges that her husband Jack Tweed, mother Jackiey Budden and the boys' father, TV presenter Jeff Brazier, would help bring the boys up.
Her message - published in the newspaper - comes from a book called Jade: Remember Me This Way, about her life.
It will be published later this month with profits going to charity Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Addressing Bobby, five, and Freddie, four, Jade said: "I have asked for this book to be made so that when you are older you can remember just how much fun we had together.
"I thank God that we made the most of all our time together and I treasure the moments we shared.
"I know that with the help of nanny Jackiey, Jack and daddy Jeff you will turn into fine, upstanding young men."
Jade added: "We had so many wonderful adventures together, from horse-riding and fishing in Wales to camel rides in the desert of Abu Dhabi and water fights at Butlins.
"These are my most precious memories, and this book will be your keepsake so that you will always remember the good times."
Jade's funeral will take place on Saturday April 4.
Her cortege will pass through the streets of Bermondsey before going onto St John the Baptist Church in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, where she will be buried.
It has been reported that her widower Jack will read a special poem at the service.
DM, depends how long she has been with Jack.. I seen on Living one episode where she is picking Jack up from prison and the kids are really excited that he is coming home... the kids love him, you could see that at the wedding, the older kid (Freddy I think) was clinging to him... I don't see why he can't be involved with them and help bring them up if they feel close to him and he provides stability (can't see that happening if he keeps going to prison though)
he just doesnt seem like a very good father figure/role model for them. i just think theyd do a lot better without him there
Jack isn't the ideal role model. Convictions for ABH and assault, jail time etc.
At the end of the day, if the kids are happy about it and Jeff doesn't mind, then Jack should play a part in their upbringing. How big that part is, is up to Jeff and the kids.
I can't believe the media are still talking about her ten days after her death. It's about time they left the family to grieve in peace. There are far more newsworthy things going on at the moment than a young mother who has died of cancer.
Well I was thinking there was a photo of Jack just the day after his wife died, he was in a restraunt and sitting there with a few other women ( granted they might have been Jade's friends) but the point I am trying to make here is, Jack and Jade had a brief relationship they broke up then they got back together again,, then he went off to the slammer, got out,, got married she died, now Jack is young good looking and hes got a few quid to rub together ( thanks to Jade ) hes going to want to find a new life , is there room in his life for those two little boys ?? :searchme: Will the woman of his choice want those two little boys in their lives that are NOT JACKS ?
I agree Jack is not a very good role model. But again its up to Jeff..and the boys..I just hope those boys have a chance in life and that they are not thrown in the lime light cos some one said YOUR MOM OWES US,, :thumbsdow
those boys will be looked after by their father and their grandmother jack will go away and 'start a new life with a new wife'!!he will enjoy his new life been a millionaire (when he has sold his stories) to worry about those kiddys.... jack only used jade for publicity in the first place
He must maintain contact with them, they know him and will have bonded with him. Not fair if he stops seeing them because their mum is no longer alive.
Just watching the news and there's rumours that the funeral on Saturday is a fake  This is beyond a joke now. I'm fed up of hearing about it.
The undertakers in charge of Jade Goody's funeral have reportedly offered to donate their fees to her children's trust fund.
The late Big Brother contestant started the account for her children before her death from cancer last month.
Bermondsey's F.A. Albin & Sons have been enlisted to carry out Goody's instructions at Saturday's service in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, reports the Daily Mail.
Director Barry Albin-Dyer said that he will donate the company's fee to the fund established for Freddie, four, and Bobby, five, and will also donate to Goody’s cervical cancer charity.
The Daily Mail quotes the funeral fee could reach £25,000 and features some candles with Jade's face on them
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...fees-sons.html
this has gone beyond TACKY..the funeral home can well afford to give up their fees, but like one commenter made on the site,,if it had been some ordinary young mother of 2, they would not have had a 2nd thought, this is for publicity only and there is more money in the publicity.. like the candles for instance..their name and address is printed on it TACKY TACKY,, how do we really know that all the money is actually going in to a fund FOR those kids..:searchme:
Bury the woman for heavens sake and let these kids get on with their lives,, geeze:angry:
she has been dead for 2 weeks! how come it has taken this long for them to shovel her in the ground
I presume that all the arrangements Jade had planned took a while to put in place. All those vehicles she wanted have to be available on the same day, for example. There might also have been a post mortem and maybe tomorrow was the most convenient day for her family, some might need more time to attend the funeral.
Ok granted that may be the case, but they are stringing this out a bit..........how long are those bodies supposed to be kept in the cooler ??? or is she supposed to be cremated ?? Regardless of the CONVEINCE,, pleaseeeee Jack and Jades mum are both UNEMPLOYED,, those two are the key mourners ( since it has been said that the boys are in Oz with Jeff) the others are irrelevant, or are they selling tickets for each butt that is put in the pew??? sorry I find this OUTRAGEOUS,,,and EXTREMELLY of bad taste.:thumbsdow :thumbsdow :thumbsdow
Funerals in the UK normally take a week or more after the person dies.. in Ireland it is 3 days or less
25 Grand for a funeral FFS. I know the costs of burial etc are extortionate in London but Albins are having a laugh surely. The average funeral should cost somewhere in the region of £2500 - £3000. Then again I suppose it will be like her wedding, a tottally over the top Chav affair. I suppose she will have to have a Horse Drawn hearse and no doubt Max Clifford has sold the rights to some trashy tabloid. The whole thing will be a media circus for Z Listers (I expect the Poison Dwarf will get in on the act). I think its disgraceful and an appalling waste of money. If thats the type of funeral they want I certainly dont think a Church is the place to have it. They would have been betting going to some pub or nightclub for it.
I really do not know what the delay is for other than to generate more publicity and more money for Mr Clifford and the tabloids. As Shiv has already said most funerals in Ireland are held in about three days and even thats after a postmortem has taken place.
Not only did Ms Goody crave publicity in her short life but it looks like she is trying to gain it from the grave.
There wouldn't be a PM for Jade as she had terminal cancer. The cause of death is already known.
Unless there are a lot of people dying in the area and a great demand for undertakers, there is no reason why she shouldn't have been buried before now.
I see no reason why her funeral should cost £25k, other than more publicity, nor why it should take two weeks for her to be buried.
What exactly is she getting for her £25k? A solid gold coffin? Nobody will care after the funeral what the casket looked like or how many cars were there.
Nobody will care about Jade Goody two weeks after her funeral either. In fact I dont really care about her now. There are hundreds of women young and old dying every week from cancer who did not make a song and dance about it. Their families didnt spend 25 grand on a funeral nor a million quid on a wedding. Most of them ask for donations in lieu of flowers to be given to a Cancer charity so that others may be helped.
The reason for the delay is for the publicity no-other reason. Usually funerals take place 4 or 5 days after death, even when it happens during holiday time. My mum died on 30 Dec and she was buried on 5 Jan and as for the costs because Jackie and Jack are unemployed the government would cover most of the costs for the funeral so there is no need to go to all that expense as I have said before why not donate the money to buying new equipement or employing extra caner nurses. What are they going to do next declare 22 March a national day of mourning.
When my Gran died of cancer she had specified the undertaker that she wanted to deal with her funeral arrangements. We had to wait 2 weeks for her funeral as the undertaker she'd chosen couldn't do it sooner. As Jade had made a lot of her wishes clear, maybe she had chosen her own too and they didn't think she should get priority over others just because she was a celebrity.
Albins are a large firm of Funeral Directors. They are more than capable of doing 20 funerals a day so I dont think this was the cause of the delay.
