Award accepted by The Stig on behalf of the Top Gear team. He presented a letter which Griff Rhys Jones, who was presenting the award, read out.

Award accepted by Catherine Tate on behalf of David Tennant. Tennant gave his acceptance speech via live video-link and confirmed that he will not be returning to Doctor Who in 2010.

a bit of recognition for hollyoaks horray, however I would have given that award to Charlotte Bellamy to be fair, she deserved it more. whats all this about Rita Simons best newcomer? shes been in it ages!

I think it goes from Last year to this year so she just got in under the deadline for new comer...

did you see Simon Cowell face when SCD won the award, pure classic. HA! HA! HA! Glad Mr Cowell got the special award Gene hunt should have won an award as well.

:lol: I fell off my bed laughing!!!! It was funnier cos in the VT for his award they were saying how he knows how to make great TV and stuff yet none of his shows won :p

Georgia Taylor should've won best newcomer. Her suicide storyline was way better and brilliantly acted than Roxy in EE. What has she ever done?! /rant. :p

I need to watch this when I get back...
