hey. i know i posted a thred on this a few months ago but i was wondering if anyone managed to find out if it was possible 2 get tickets to go to the xmas party etc and also if there was going to be a party this year cuz shane Richie normally hosts it but isn't he finishing filming just before xmas???

Last year you had to win tickets i think on the EastEnders website with some Competition.
Maybe Shane Richie will come back to host it,it's normally recorded before Christmas anyway.

What is the Christmas party? Is it on TV?

EastEnders had the EastEnders Christmas Party in 2003 and 2004,and i think this year aswell,on Christmas Eve on BBC 1.
It's like this show,where some celebrities and the whole of the EastEnders Cas do sketches and sing Christmas songs.

Thanks. Sounds like it could be worth watching. I'll have to tape it though as I won't be in the UK over Xmas. I can't believe that the best EastEnders Christmas episodes for a few years is coming up and I won't be able to watch it till new year. :crying: :(
