Casualty paramedic Iain Dean finds himself in an awkward situation in this week's episode as he is called out to treat Beth Archer, the wife of his old army friend Kenny.
Iain (Michael Stevenson) turns up to help Beth at a hotel after she suffers minor burns when a big argument with Kenny spirals out of control.
A concerned Iain is left to comfort Beth once again as she privately confides in him about the troubled state of her marriage and how much Kenny has been affected by his traumatic experiences in the army.

Iain comforts Beth
Although Iain is happy to listen, he feels uncomfortable when Beth asks him not to fuel Kenny's paranoia by revealing that she has been speaking to him.
As Beth considers the future of her relationship, Kenny starts to become suspicious as he is concerned that she is having an affair and is given reason to believe that Iain could be the 'other man'. Will Kenny be pushed to breaking point?
Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday (March 8) at 9.20pm on BBC One.
