MONDAY

George is struggling to cope with the bombshell news about what really happened to Rose, who mysteriously vanished nine years ago, and he sets out in search of answers.

The pro boxer covers when his fianc?e Elaine Peacock questions him, but he's soon caught out in his web of lies.

Elaine confronts George and he's forced to tell her everything, but the couple are interrupted by his daughter Anna Knight, who is oblivious to what's going on.

Anna demands to know the truth and she's left stunned when George tells her the news about her mother, but he demands that she keep it a secret from her sister Gina as he's terrified that history will repeat itself. What happened to Gina in the past?

Meanwhile, Billy Mitchell is distraught as he tries to distract himself with final preparations for his granddaughter Lola Pearce-Brown's funeral, who passed away from a terminal brain tumour.

After a tense meeting with the Reverend, Billy hits out at Honey Mitchell and Jay Brown as he reveals his disgust for how the Mitchells treated Lola in the past, before storming out.

Jay is unable to cope with his grief and goes to the Vic. In his drunken anguish, he's sent home by a worried Gina and landlady Linda Carter to sober up.

Later on, Honey finds a devastated Billy alone outside the funeral parlour and encourages him to say one last goodbye to Lola. Will Billy listen to Honey and bid a final farewell to his late granddaughter?

Elsewhere, Vinny Panesar and Finlay Baker are at loggerheads after Vinny cut the breaks on his car and threatens to call the police on him.

Kathy Beale is fuming when Rocky Cotton's pet parrot Jasper bites a hole in her funeral outfit. However, after a chat with her fianc?, she comes round to the idea of keeping him.


TUESDAY

The heartbreaking day of Lola's funeral has arrived and the Walford residents prepare to mourn the tragic loss of the young mum, who passed away from a terminal brain tumour.

However, Lola's struggling grandfather Billy has disappeared and is nowhere to be seen. Will he be found in time and attend Lola's funeral?

Meanwhile, Lola?s hearse arrives in the Square decorated with flowers and touching messages left by the Albert Square residents.

Being the life of the party that she was, the ceremony is a celebration of Lola?s life with emotional speeches from her husband Jay Brown and daughter Lexi Pearce as she grieves the devastating loss of her beloved mum at such a young age.

At the Queen Vic, landlady Elaine Peacock and the Knights prepare for Lola's wake as Anna struggles to keep the bombshell news about their mum a secret from her sister Gina.

Anna tries to confess everything to Gina, but she stops her and insists that she doesn't want to know, oblivious to the life-changing discovery Anna is hiding. Will Anna be able to find a way to tell Gina the truth?

The Walford residents head back to the Square for a celebration of Lola's vibrant life and an exhausted Jay goes to number 18 to record a live stream on Lola's channel thanking her followers for all their support through Lola's cancer battle.

After all the devastation Whitney Dean and her boyfriend Zack Hudson has faced since losing baby Peach to Edwards' Syndrome, Lola's funeral makes Whitney contemplate how precious life is and she takes the big step to ask Zack to move in with her and he accepts her offer.


WEDNESDAY

Gina Knight decides that she's ready to know the truth about her mum after sister Anna Knight's failed attempt at telling her the bombshell secret.

However, a concerned Anna covers and insists that it's nothing. Catching on to Anna's lies, Gina finally discovers what happened to her mum from her step-mum Elaine Peacock, who believes she deserves to know.

Unable to deal with the news, a devastated Gina goes on a drinking binge at Peggy's to drown her sorrows.

Back at the Vic, Gina's dad George Knight is in a panic when he discovers that Gina knows the truth about their mum Rose.

At home, George comforts Gina and Anna, but things soon take a devastating turn when he exposes the truth about what occurred nine years ago, leaving Gina and Anna distraught by their dad's actions. Is George about to lose his daughters too or can they repair their family bond before it's too late?

Meanwhile, Jay Brown is utterly destroyed and struggling to deal with his immense grief after losing his wife Lola Pearce-Brown.

Lola's daughter Lexi Pearce is filled with worry for her adoptive dad Jay and as her dad Ben Mitchell and great granddad Billy Mitchell attempt to cheer her up, she pushes them away.

At the Minute Mart, Callum Highway suggests that Jay should move into their place with Lexi, but Ben rejects the idea.

Later on, Ben has a heart-to-heart with a grief-stricken Jay, who agrees to move in. But as the family sits down for dinner, Ben becomes uncomfortable with the food and starts to panic about how he'll keep his struggles with bulimia a secret from the household.


THURSDAY

Ben Mitchell is having difficulties co-parenting his daughter Lexi with her adoptive dad Jay and he's annoyed when she leaves to walk to school on her own.

He soon learns that Jay and his late wife Lola Pearce-Brown made the decision without letting him know weeks ago. Will the pair be able to come together and become the supportive parents Lexi needs at this trying time?

A guilt-ridden Elaine Peacock is eager to repair the strained relationship between George Knight and his daughters, Anna and Gina after they discovered the truth about what happened to their mum all those years ago.

So, the landlady goes on a mission to persuade Gina and Anna to hear him out. George avoids the topic, before Elaine intervenes and asks the girls to forgive him. But will they give their dad the time of day?

It's Zack Hudson's' first night living at No.1 and he tries to impress Felix Baker by hosting a special night at The Prince Albert. However, he's hit with an unexpected request when Felix asks him to serve the buffet in the buff.

Elsewhere, Denise Fox is stressed as she struggles to juggle her family commitments under the pressure of her husband Jack Branning.

Since Jack discovered Denise's affair with Ravi Gulati, the pair have been working on their marriage.

After a run-in with Kim Fox at the salon when she takes Pearl for lunch, Denise notices that Kim is dealing with unresolved trauma from the car crash that got Denzel Danes hospitalised.

Later on, Denise feels guilty when Kim opens up about her troubles, but her boyfriend Howie Danes begs her to stop blaming herself.

Back at home, Jack argues with Denise for being late home and she angrily retorts that she won't apologise for not being perfect.
