Meanwhile, Hendrix and Mackenzie finally have the long-anticipated talk about taking the next step. Hendrix admits he's been waiting for a very clear signal from Mack that she's ready. Now everything's out in the open, they can relax, and enjoy what's coming next.
Elsewhere, Felicity is not interested in having a poly relationship, which is not a good sign for Levi. Ned is also on the ropes with Amy and her constant focus on Levi. A chat with Toadie makes him question the useful nature of being poly and Ned goes to Felicity with a shocking new proposal.

Meanwhile, tension between Nicolette, Aaron and David persists in the house and Jane's attempt to promote harmony is failing.
Jane goes about putting an idea of Chloe's into action by guilting the trio into doing a family photoshoot, arguing it's for Isla to look back on. Is it enough to break the ice?

David and Aaron are disappointed when Nicolette reveals she's still not prepared to honour her original promise to give the boys primary custody of Isla.
David, moved by Nicolette's plea, makes a suggestion that they can all agree on, without involving the lawyers. Could this finally be the truce they all need?
Meanwhile, Hendrix sets up the house for a perfect evening with Mackenzie, with fairy lights, romantic food and candles. But disaster strikes just as Mack comes home and Hendrix feels he's ruined it. She assures him every fairytale starts with a low level disaster, and their perfect night begins.
Elsewhere, when Chloe finds Terese asleep in The Waterhole after trying to finish the presentation prep, Paul offers to drive her home safely. Despite her reluctance, Terese agrees. But being around him is too much of an emotional weight for her to bear at the moment and she begins to break down again.

When Mick Allsop shows up to his first day at Lassiters, Chloe realises there's been a huge mistake in hiring him.
Harlow's quietly delighted with the stir her little ploy has created. Mick is certainly going to make his presence known.
Meanwhile, Roxy's pleasantly surprised Kyle made a sperm deposit without her knowing. She encourages him to keep up the good work, but Kyle isn't finding the process as fun as one would think. Roxy hatches a plan to bring some excitement to the experience, but it backfires badly.
Elsewhere, as the Lassiters Summit in Queensland draws closer, Terese is barely holding it together. Despite her best efforts to avoid Paul, she's forced to work with him on their presentation. Terese is determined to make it through the conference, but is unsure if she can do it without some help.

Terese arrives at the conference, dismayed to find she has to work with Paul on some last minute adjustments to their presentation.
It's the last straw and Terese turns to her flask.
Meanwhile, just as Paul is heading to the airport, he catches a glimpse of a familiar face he hasn't seen for a long time. Shocked and wanting to find the figure again, Paul decides to stay in QLD for the night. Lucy is less than thrilled, but Paul protests that he's being 100% serious. He saw someone.
Elsewhere, suspecting Harlow orchestrated Mick's hiring as a form of revenge, Chloe confronts Harlow. She's spot on, but Harlow brazenly denies it. Seeing Chloe's in a world of stress, Leo offers her a job back at the vineyard.
