Another thought re: MacKenzie "arrogant but thick criminal" how come the man found the tracker in the van when it was loaded with swag, but neither MacKenzie or Aaron saw it when the van was empty, and it must have been in plain sight? Why on earth is Aaron getting involved with thicko MacKenzie, does he want to go back to prison?

I would laugh myself silly if the brooch MacKenzie stole turned out to be glass and worthless. After all Eric is not exactly famous for the extravagant gesture.
