A couple of TV Week articles:
"Where there's a will...
...Nicolette finds herself in trouble again.
After her own devastating diagnosis of Huntington's Disease a few years ago, Chloe has been doing her best to move on with her life. But as she watches her mother Fay battle the same disease, she's faced with her own mortality. Seeing her own future play out in front of her is very confronting.
When Fay requested Nicolette be her carer again, Chloe felt like she was between a rock and a hard place. Chloe is still upset with Nic but wants more than anything to make her mum happy and ensure she's cared for, so Chloe knows this is the best option.
Fay asks Nicolette to arrange a secret meeting with lawyer Toadie. Nicolette doesn't know it but Fay wants to include her in her will. When Toadie overhears Nicolette promising to keep the meeting with him a secret, he wrongly assumes she's behind the idea and is coercing the ill Fay into changing her will.
