We saw Sharon grinding up something to put in his Christmas Pudding and then he was unwell the next day, so the inference is that, yes, she is poisoning him. What she is using is not very clear.

One example could be if she got hold of Warfarin which is a blood thinner. It's a very heavily 'diluted' if that's the right term, rat poison in medicine form. The tablets are small and could be ground up without being obvious. Any form of medicine could be used I suppose.
