To explain what I mean about Beth, there's no way in hell that most workplaces would put up with the lousy attitude she's shown over the years, I don't just mean Bethany.

Look for instance when the factory was shared out and she took the money instead and then bitched when she was told she had no official say. The way she talks to the bosses (whoever they may be at the time).
