I'm hoping he's bluffing about Charlotte; after all, he's done that before. It would have taken ages to pluck, prepare and cook her and I don't think he had enough time to do all that.

I really am getting sick of Beth. It wouldn't matter what Daniel did, she'd constantly slip her snide comments in.

Is it too much to hope for that Geoff meets an unpleasant end, although doctoring his food with something unpleasant but non lethal might be a good start.
