It would be a bit bad/harsh if they killed Ross off. I mean they’ve already wiped out the rest of the Barton family with the exception of him and Pete. John Barton -dead. James Barton -dead. Fin Barton - dead. Emma Barton - dead. They’re the only two left!

Just read that Ross arranges a date with Rebecca but later ends up sleeping with Dawn instead. I wonder if this is the start of his exit story? It's probably a bit unlikely that Ross will just go off with Dawn for a new life, but I think she will be involved in some way. She does seem to care for him, and Mike Parr said in an interview that Ross decides that he needs to move on from Debbie and completely cut her out of his life.

Really think Ross/Rebecca make a good couple, and as scripts are months in advance I doubt they knew he was leaving the so I don't think dawn is reason he will leave they may kill him off

Mike Parr said something along the lines of Ross really feeling bad for sleeping with Dawn and having to remind Rebecca of it everytime they're together as she get's confused so that suggests something does go on between them. I'd really like to see Ross and Rebecca leave together for a better life.
