How could the coffins possibly get mixed up, the one with the body was in the viewing room/chapel of rest, and would presumably have been taken straight out to the hearse and on to the church. Billy said the one with money was double locked in the morgue, coffins unlike mobile phones are not something you can pick up by mistake.
