You might be able to buy it on Amazon UK. Your login details should work on all Amazon sites, so I'd imagine a Kindle book would be delivered to your device as per usual. I've never done it myself but I know some people in the UK buy from Amazon's European sites because some products are cheaper (even factoring in the extra postage).
