I do see some some bits of Peggy in Sam

Gavin is not a believable villain, he is not even panto good

    Shirley after Phil again

Ian giving Jay advice was good to see, part of the redemption of Ian but it will take a whole lot
    Nothing can redeem Ian! 😡

I haven't watched for a few episodes now, and comments such as I just read elsewhere about what an embarrassment last night's episode was don't do anything to help tempt me back.

It looks like I'll be taking an extended break like parkerman's doing.

I have only been able to see the odd episodes since the Lucy murder which was by choice... not regretted it one minute as I do not miss it after watching religiously for many years ...

I agree with both of you about Eastenders. It hasn't been good for some time, but DTC really finished it off!

He had this great idea about Bobby being Lucy's murderer - no-one would guess that; what a shocker; lots of awards - but never really thought it through about what it would mean for the other characters and it just grew more and more ridiculous as he apparently couldn't see any way out of the situation he'd created without losing lots of his star actors. The final straw for me was the police saying they wouldn't follow up Ian and Jane being responsible for sending an innocent man to jail because "they'd suffered enough already." Absolute total rowlocks!!!

That was an awful episode, from start to finish. Full marks to all concerned for keeping a straight face.

I cant shake the theme from Howards Way.

Jan Howard, all filmed down here and in my local pub when I lived in Burseldon.

So how did Vince I mean thingy is affording this huge house?
