It needs to because eating disorders don't just go away and secretly play havoc with sufferers' peace of mind. I've noticed a few allusions to her being uncomfortable about her body (such as the hot tub incident), plus there was an incident during Ollie's health scare when she nearly bought a big heap of junk food, so hopefully it'll be addressed again (possibly to explain Kellie's pregnancy weight gain?).
