Dylan gets a nasty surprise when a familiar face arrives in the Emergency Department asking for forgiveness, but is it all too little too late?
Meanwhile, Jacob recognises Elle as an old friend and they get on like a house on fire. Connie can't help but be a little jealous and is cold towards her. But when Elle starts asking some unusual questions, Jacob pulls her up on it and she admits that she's helping Hanssen.
Jacob wants to tell Connie, but when Jacob realises how much he loves working with Elle and how brilliant she is at her job, he decides to keep his mouth shut.
Elsewhere, Charlie encourages David to be more confident, but he only retreats further into his shell.
Also this week, Big Mac is still struggling with addiction and lies to Noel about going to NA, while Iain tries to avoid Rita but gives into her charms.
