Just read the spoilers - what is going on with the writing for Ross!

I'm really annoyed at the moment. It's just goes nowhere. Finn is mad at Ross, they make up, Finn is mad at Ross again.

    Blah!

For goodness sake. So Ross has to sort out his problems? What problems? He has been doing everything that nobody would ever have expected Ross to be doing for months now. Ok he still winds people up and gets in silly trouble but he has a job and is providing and looking after Moses. Emma will get a shock if he does turn around and leave them alone and take Moses with him!
I couldn't agree more. How many times do you think a character will accuse Ross of doing nothing with Moses in next weeks episode!

It feels very much like "rinse and repeat" at the moment with Ross.

I had a thought of something I would like to see - Ross getting revenge on everyone (plus being back with Debbie) who's been treating him like rubbish lately.

Ross should threaten to leave with Moses, Emma tells him not to and uses Charity as she won't be happy with it, Ross won't listen pointing out Debbie is still Moses legal guardian (right!?) so Charity doesn't have any more hold on Moses than he does, Ross does leave with Moses. Charity finally convinces Cain for Debbie's number, Debbie calls Ross, they talk, get back together.
Cain is annoyed (he doesn't like R&D together)
Pete is angry and depressed again (Ross is back with his ex-wife)
Emma is furious (she doesn't like Debbie)
Finn feels bad (as Pete is depressed and he knows he's taken Pete's side far too much).

Ross is now as father on the birth certificate so would that entitle him to take Moses without Debbie or Charity´s consent?

That's a good point and I'm not sure how it works. I assume that Because Debbie left Moses behind then she can't possibly still have a say. She had had no contact since. Now that both mother and father are on the birth certificate and are sharing his care. All decisions lie with them.

So Ross could well take Moses and not let Emma see him if he really wanted to. Would just mean he loses that much needed childcare.

Debbie pretty much gave up being his guardian when she left him behind

To be honest Ross is a bit of a Dingle at heart, if he did get back with Debbie then he and Robert would be part of that family. They could become quite a force.

Also I hear Finn punches Ross, why on earth would that happen? Because Ross winds Pete up? Cant the grown man take a joke and stand up for himself? I wish they would stop treating Ross like he is a monster.

Although judging by the spoilers, this happens on Thursday and then on Friday Pete asks Ross for help to find Holly and thats when Ross sticks up for Pete.

Robert needs to get away from Aaron or at least stop being a little puppy. He can be with him and still have that rough edge. But lately he really has been boring. I do agree that Ross and Robert could be quite the force. They had to have Ross shoot him though which is a problem lol.

I hate the way they are making Pete out to be the saint and Ross the bad guy. They know he is a wind up. Of course Ross will deserve the punch as far as his family go. He has returned to being the black sheep now Pete is back

Edit just seen the above spoiler. As usual they run to Ross when they need help. Hopefully Pete will be the peacemaker this time around and actually start to try and see Ross has been trying. It's a chance for them to put the feud to bed
