Michael should still be there for the rest of the year - minus the time he's climbing Mount Everest - question is when is Charley coming back? She said could be soon in a recent interview but no date confirmed.

I think maybe a possiblity will be Charley comes back for a couple of episodes so Debbie can reunite with Ross then they both build their relationship off screen whilst Charley has the rest of her maternity leave/Michael does Everest and then they both come back together.

That's another possiblity although it would go against what has been said for Ross' character.

To me the line stuck out, maybe becausei like the character, i wonder if the writers remember it.

Quite a few spoilers appearing for Ross which is good. Means more screen time.
