Concern mounts for Megan Macey as she clearly isn't coping with being a mother again.

As Megan makes preparations for the christening of her baby daughter Eliza, she stubbornly insists on doing everything herself - even telling Eliza's father Jai not to bother attending.

Megan's friends like Sam Dingle try to make her see that she should accept all the help she can get with little Eliza, but trying to get her to recognise this is a tricky task.

When the day of the christening arrives, Jai's sister Priya advises him to just ignore Megan's demands and attend the ceremony anyway. Megan herself also feels pressured to let Jai (Chris Bisson) join in when she sees the small number of guests.

Megan rushes out when things go wrong

As proceedings get under way, it's not long before things start to go wrong and Megan ends up rushing away upset. Can Harriet Finch offer any help when she shares some wise words with Megan?

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Tuesday, April 12 at 7pm on ITV.

Megan does ask Sam to be Eliza's godfather on 8 Apr.

Leyla is Megan's business partner and Jai's on/off long-term lover for about 2 years now whilst he's been in an off/on relationship with Megan, of course. As Jai is not happy for Sam to be godfather, I think that the soapy outcome could well be that Jai then suggests in a while that Leyla has to be godmother? Time will tell!

Emmerdale's Zak Dingle will resort to drastic measures when he sells the Dingle pot next week in order to raise some money.

Zak (Steve Halliwell) will be thrown into further financial problems when Dan Spencer is forced to ask him and his partner Joanie Wright to move out of his house.

I don't think Zak and Joanie are engaged so no engagement ring would be expected from him to her. Of course, Zak and Lisa's divorce is at the decree nisi stage right now. I think for now that Joanie's missing engagement ring could come from her former marriage to her late husband but this might not turn out to be right, time will hopefully tell in a later episode?

Edit to add: I've just thought that it's possible that Zak and Joanie might become engaged this Friday on 8 April, as DS spoilers say that "Lisa is heartbroken by what she sees" when she is in the pub (so she could see Joanie with a new engagement ring from Zak then?).

Joanie first appeared in the Emmerdale show in 2013 after her daughter Karen Winchester (and her husband Tom Winchester) were killed by carbon monoxide poisoning. Joanie then took over the adoption of Kyle Winchester (formerly Kyle Wyatt, the boy given up for adoption from unmarried mother Amy Wyatt and father Cain Dingle).

    wikia.com says:
By June 2015, Joanie and Kyle are living in a bedsit due to Joanie's financial troubles as a result of her late husband's tax bill. She gets in contact with Cain, who gives her money to pay a deposit on a flat as long a Joanie and Kyle stay away. Joanie is mugged and loses the money Cain had given her. Joanie takes Kyle to Val and Eric's house, hoping that they would allow her and Kyle to stay until she gets on her feet. Val allows Kyle to stay but not Joanie. Cain's father Zak Dingle and step-mother Lisa, allow Kyle and Joanie to stay with them at Wishing Well Cottage but Cain is not happy with the arrangement and warns Joanie and Kyle to stay away from his family. Joanie takes Kyle back to their bedsit, which had been vandalized whilst they were away. Joanie and Kyle move back in with the Dingle's when they see the state of the bedsit.
