You're right, the above spoilers could be read as them moving in with John. That makes more sense than him moving out.

Um how could she choose Brax if the actor Steve peacocke is only in it for 3 episodes, then he's done with the show for good? That wouldn't work. The actress who plays Ricky can't be expected to leave the show just so her character can get a happy ending with Brax. I've heard rumours that's she's leaving later in the year but still...

Most likely her exit was already filmed. When Steve was on set they filmed a scene where Brax and Ricky drive off into the sunset. People speculated this was Bonnie's exit, and that she had left the show back in August when this was filmed, but then were confused when she was still seen filming a few days later. They didn't understand the context of the "driving off into the sunset" scene. Then when she actually filmed her final scenes in December, she (and baby Casey) were seen wearing the same clothing as the ones where she drives off with Brax. So it seems they already filmed her exit with Brax, and have simply archived it until Bonnie decided to leave. Then there'd also be additional stuff of Brax returning for her exit, etc.

At the time they filmed that scene, Bonnie would have most likely told the writers she didn't want to renew her contract anyway.

I have just posted the TV Week Soap Diary for the Feb 15 - 18 spoilers thread, & it says for Thurs Feb 18 that "John finds out Marilyn has been in an accident". So, maybe John does have to "vacate" his house for a while to go overseas to be with Marilyn - leaving Ricky, Nate & Casey to then move in while he is away? (& would explain why Skye has to move in with Irene).

From reading the soap diary for the previous week saying that Evie discovers something shocking and fears the worse, and the Monday spoiler here saying she gets her test results, I wonder if it's results from some kind of health scare and not exam results as first though???

I wonder if they (Nate, Ricky & Casey) move into the Palmer house because Nate/Ricky don't want to live in the same flat that Ricky lived in with Brax? & also maybe there is some 'friction' with Kyle, who might be upset that Ricky (initially?) chooses Nate over Brax, & they want a bit of space between them. Just a thought.

With Skye going to live with Irene, John will be be on his own again in the house till Marilyn returns - which won't be for a few months. It doesn't say that John actually moves out, so I gather that he will offer to let them stay with him - where they will also be able to utilise his childminding skills!

SPOILER ALERT! AUST PACE PROMOS!
The way I see it is that Brax won't be staying at all. After last night's episode they said that the 'Brax returns' storyline will start this Thursday (Feb 11), so I reckon right at the end of this Thursday night's episode they will show the (quick) scene that has been on the promos where Ricky says "Is anyone there?" & we see Brax walk thru the door & she sees him for the first time. Then next Monday (Feb 15) will be the whole episode with just Ricky & Brax (& Casey?), as Perdita has posted on the Brax thread. Brax obviously arrives under the cover of darkness, as from the promos where we see Ricky run out into the yard, it is at night. I imagine their 'discussion' will continue all night till morning. This would lead into Tuesday's episode where I gather Brax will leave (after she decides to stay with Nate), but not before Nate also sees Brax - from the promos we see Ricky talking to Nate in the flat, & Brax appears to come out of the bathroom. He will probably also see Kyle before he goes as there has been a photo around for a while of Brax shaking hands with Kyle. So I believe Brax will arrive at night & be gone sometime the next day (probably at night, under darkness again). We will soon see. The spoilers say that Nate moving in with Ricky at the Palmer house doesn't happen till the following week (ie Tue Feb 23).

Monday

- Leah & Zac encourage Oscar to think positively about Evie.
- Roo struggles to deal with Maddy & Matt's mess.
- Nate & Ricky decide to spend the day together.

Tuesday

- Kyle bumps into Nate & asks him how things are going.
- Oscar tests out a new outfit for his first day at University & Matt is quick to tease him.
- As Hannah & Matt test out the inflatable jousting game, Chris watches on.

Wednesday

- Evie gets her hair done by Leah before her date.
- Over dinner, Matt & Maddy continue to bicker.
- Dylan notices Kat looking worried, holding a letter. He questions her, but she brushes it off.

Thursday

- Kyle is looking for someone to rent the flat.
- VJ rips into Hunter again about the fire.
- Skye is still settling in at Irene's place. Olivia can't stand Skye, but forces herself to interact.

Another TV Week article for this week, so SPOILER ALERT!!

HEALTH FEARS
There are concerns for two Summer Bay favourites

"One nervously awaits her cancer test results, while another is knocked unconscious at university.

It is certainly a tumultuous week for these two related Bay locals and their family.

The drama finds Evie (Philippa Northeast) fearing the worst after finding a lump in her breast. "She immediately jumps to the conclusion it must be cancer", Philippa, 21, says. "These fears stem from the fact that she lost her mother to cancer. It brings back traumatic memories".

The family rallies together to support Evie as she awaits her diagnosis.

Leah (Ada Nicodemou) & Zac (Charlie Clausen) urge a worried Oscar (Jake Speer) to stay positive about his twin sister's health.

Evie's aunt, Hannah (Cassie Howarth) wants the family to be tested for the BRCA gene. The test reveals if you have an increased risk of developing cancer.

Oscar, however, is against the idea of knowing his fate. Will he take the test?

Later, Hannah & Chris (Johnny Ruffo) have an awkward run-in at the university orientation week.

Hannah has been accepted into a paramedics course, while Chris is there spruiking the Diner.

Hannah apologises for the way she has treated him recently. But, Chris is dismissive of her attempts to reconnect.

Later on, Hannah rushes to catch up to Chris, but she trips & falls & is knocked out cold!

It's dark by the time Chris finds her unconscious on the ground. Panicking, he calls an ambulance.

Will Hannah survive?"



I was wondering when they were going to mention again that Hannah wanted to become a paramedic (which she told Chris about when they first got together - which was when he also told her that he wanted to get his Lifesaving Bronze medallion). With all the recent rumours about Hannah & Oscar possibly leaving fairly soon, I always wondered that if they do leave, would they just leave/go off to University in Western Australia together (ie Oscar for the scholarship he applied for & Hannah to do a paramedics course), rather than the big rumour that they both die in a car crash??? We found out recently that Oscar didn't get his scholarship, & therefore has to go to the local Northern Districts Uni. Is it still possible that he might get in to WA later on & they do leave that way together?? I would prefer that, than them being killed off in a car crash!

(With that rumour about the car accident, & then reading the spoilers/article about Hannah being unconscious & getting concussion, I had a nasty thought that maybe they will have her eventually having a relapse while she & Oscar are driving off to their new life in WA, & crash the car? Surely & hopefully not - but you never know with H&A! Memories of Gina's exit......)

So Hunter does admit the truth about the fire. I wonder if he'll face any consequences at all? Even if Leah and Zac forgive him, he's allowed Billie to take the blame for his actions. I find the whole mess unforgivable.
