If Ross Barton died on New Year's Eve 2015, it would make complete sense to me for Debbie to talk to Charity the very next day, New Year's Day 2016, to talk about Debbie looking after Moses, as well as other issues. The limited spoilers so far do not say that Debbie visits Charity whilst Charity is in prison. This is just an assumption right now (OK, probably likely but not definite). Charity might have been released by then and may be just staying in someone's house somewhere? We are seeing spoilers for right now which are not very detailed but have been released much earlier than usual. I, for one, really still expect a MASSIVE BIG BANG before New Year's Day 2016 and cannot yet think of anything else other than Ross Barton being killed off by then. Ross's final fatal comeuppance for everything he has done over the past 2 years would, for me, for one anyway, be just a terrific end and natural conclusion to Kate Oates's management of Emmerdale since 2012.
