I agree with you, in fact I'm surprised Cain didn't just decide to do his plan alone. Maybe Cain is just too old to be a smart gangster now?

Here is a photo of where Cain confronts Chrissie and seems to show his cards too early.

Thanks for that. Bit risky for Cain I think. Not sure that will pay off. He would probably be better off doing it on his own though I agree

I suppose Cain has gone to Ross and Aaron in the past. Seeing as they aren't the options just now he goes to Adam. Adam is an idiot though if he goers through with it. Not forgetting that he's married to Robert's sister

Kirin is concerned when he spots Jai taking cocaine just before a meeting with an important buyer, but he's left impressed when Jai holds the buyer in the palm of his hand. Kirin is torn when Jai offers him cocaine, telling him that it will make him feel unstoppable.

Kirin goes on to make an animated and confident pitch to the buyer. He goes out to celebrate with Jai afterwards, but when Jai doubles over in agony with blood running from his nose, Kirin begins to panic.

Meanwhile, Andy starts to feel sorry for Pete over his ongoing family troubles. They bond when Andy tells Pete about shooting Jack Sugden and how his family forgave him. Andy has a word with James and suggests that he shouldn't be too hard on Pete.

Elsewhere, Rakesh warns that Lawrence won't be able to prove his story when faced with having to give precise details during the reconstruction. Chrissie reckons Lawrence has chosen her over Priya when he accepts lunch with her.

Also today, Jimmy is desperately trying to get some money together to buy some furniture, so he dupes Finn into betting £100 on an impossible challenge.

Jai turns up to work and tells Kirin that he got a caution for substance abuse. When Priya sees her coked-up brother leaving the pub and getting into his car, she shocks Rishi by ringing the police to report her brother.

When the police pull his car over, Jai is alarmed as he has a bag of cocaine on him. He offers Kirin money to take the fall for him, but will Kirin put himself on the line for Jai?

Chrissie refuses the request as she can't stand the idea of him suffering in prison. Later, Chrissie talks to Rakesh and he's surprised when she moves in for a kiss. Will Rakesh return the kiss, or will Chrissie be left mortified?

Elsewhere, Finn is disgusted when he has to drink a liquidised full English breakfast as part of his challenge, but Jimmy is just getting him warmed up!

Also today, Diane is touched when Chas says she'll go through with the reconstruction.

The police prepare to stage a reconstruction of the night that Robert was shot. When Lawrence is brought to the village, will he manage to accurately recreate the scene of the shooting?

When Chas has to go through her own reconstruction, her opinion of where the shot came from contradicts what Lawrence said. After making an admission, she soon crumbles from the pressure and has to be taken away by Aaron.

Later, Adam is looking through the video he made for Johnny and is horrified to see footage that incriminates Aaron.

Meanwhile, Priya and Rishi are worried about Kirin, as he didn't return home after a night out with Jai. Later, the family are aghast when Priya admits that she called the police on Jai. Priya then has cause to be disappointed in Rakesh and he is firmly in the doghouse. As the day continues, Rishi makes a major decision regarding Jai and the company going forward.

Elsewhere, a mortified Chrissie apologises to Rakesh for the attempted kiss the previous day.

Also today, Eric agrees to Leyla's terms when she plans to increase bookings. He is unaware that she is marketing him as the star attraction - people will pay to have Eric chuck abuse at them!

Adam is troubled over the footage he has seen of Aaron. When he goes to the scrapyard, Adam is dismayed to find the gun just where he saw Aaron hide it. Later, Adam shows Aaron the footage of him stashing the gun and directly asks him if he shot Robert.

At the same time, Victoria uploads the video to the internet, unaware of what she is about to publicly expose. It's not long before Rakesh watches the video online and sees the footage of Aaron.

Meanwhile, Chas worries that Aaron is guilty. Diane insists that Chas should get some rest. She admits that she won't be able to as she is having nightmares.

Elsewhere, Priya is still upset that Rakesh lied to her about spending time with Chrissie. Rishi isn't convinced when Priya says that she would be more capable of running the factory than Jai. Later, Rishi suggests to Jai that he should step down from the business, but will Jai agree?

Also, Leyla despairs when she learns that won't be present for the hen party, which is a problem since the party only booked to get verbally abused by him!

Adam and Aaron are desperate to get rid of the gun, but when the police turn up at the scrapyard, is it too late? At the same time, a disorientated Chas awakes to notices that her wardrobe has been left open with half of the contents strewn around the floor.

Soon afterwards, Aaron bursts into The Woolpack and tells Chas about the gun, stressing that he didn't shoot Robert. The police then arrive and arrest Aaron. Diane is absolutely livid at Chas's betrayal, knowing that she was covering for Aaron by implicating Lawrence. Diane demands that Chas leaves the pub, but she refuses.

Later, Aaron's mind races as he is questioned in the police interview room. He becomes desperate when he is reminded that he is on license and whatever happens, he is going straight to prison.

Meanwhile, Chrissie is surprised that Rakesh called the police regarding Aaron. Later in the prison visiting room, Lawrence is stunned when Rakesh and Chrissie tell him that Aaron shot Robert and he should be now off the hook.

Elsewhere, Eric is angry and takes his anger out on everyone. Will he ever turn a corner?

Also, Kerry tells Bernice that she had a lucky escape from Lawrence and she should find someone who excites her. But will Bernice agree?

In the early hours of the morning, Chas awakes sensing something isn't right. She heads downstairs and steps on some broken glass before seeing that there are smashed bottles and optics everywhere. She begins to shake, fearing that she is being targeted. Who has done this?

When Lawrence returns home, Chrissie is concerned to see him so frail. She later tells Bernice that Lawrence found prison really hard and he adores her. But does Bernice agree or is Kerry right?

Elsewhere, Leyla has booked in a birthday party for lunch. She explains to Eric that all he has to do is be unpleasant to them. Eric is soon doing what he does best.

Also today, as part of his challenge with Jimmy, Finn has to wear a dress to work. Can Finn do all of Jimmy's challenges?

Finally, Victoria is upset that Adam put his friend before her and is unsure if she can forgive him.

Emmerdale spoilers: Aaron Livesy will be arrested in Robert Sugden's shooting case

    By Daniel Kilkelly
    Tuesday, Oct 6 2015, 00:01 BST

Emmerdale's Aaron Livesy finds himself behind bars next week after new evidence puts him firmly in the frame for Robert Sugden's shooting.

With all focus on the White family, Aaron has so far managed to avoid too much scrutiny from the police detectives who are investigating the mysterious attempt on Robert's life.

That all changes next week when Aaron's friends Adam Barton (Adam Thomas) and Victoria Sugden inadvertently release evidence which implicates him in the crime.

Adam is shocked when he looks through the touching video he has been making for baby Johnny and spots footage which shows Aaron hiding a gun at the scrapyard.

Suspicious and worried, Adam is then left with no choice but to confront Aaron and quiz him on whether he was the one who gunned down Robert.

Unaware of what's going on, Adam's wife Victoria soon sparks chaos by deciding to upload the video onto the internet. It's not long before the White family's lawyer Rakesh Kotecha spots it and realises that it could be the key to clearing Lawrence, Chrissie and Lachlan's names in one swoop.

Danny Miller, who plays Aaron, revealed: "It's just utter panic for Aaron when the gun is found because he knows there's nothing he can do about it. Aaron knows that he's going to get caught, but all he wants to do is get to his mum and Paddy first to tell them the truth before they hear it from anyone else.

"Aaron knows his fingerprints are on the gun no matter how much he's wiped it. The evidence is stacked against him and it doesn't look good, regardless of whether he's shot Robert or not. Aaron is on a suspended licence, so it's back to prison for him regardless."

Aaron is quick to stress to his loved ones that he didn't shoot Robert and that he hid the gun for the right reasons, but whether his explanations are believed remains to be seen.

Miller added: "Aaron is relatively cocky when he's questioned by the police. He knows the law and the way they ask questions in police interviews. Aaron presents himself as a cocky little chap and thinks a firearm charge is the most he's looking at, but either way, he is sent straight back to prison!"

I really hope this doesn't mean Kirin gets arrested for substance abuse/cocaine possession as a result of Jai's bad habit?
