Home and Away doctor Nate Cooper will find his career and reputation in jeopardy when a future storyline sees him framed for assault.

Ash's sister Billie Ashford is behind the shock scheme, targeting Nate (Kyle Pryor) in a desperate and jealous revenge attempt.

Billie makes her first appearance on UK screens today (June 22) and viewers will see her develop feelings for Nate in the weeks that follow.

As Nate is happy in his relationship with policewoman Kat Chapman, Billie (Tessa De Josselin) soon gets jealous and decides to spitefully destroy their happiness if she can't have Nate for herself.

After engineering a moment alone with Nate at the gym, scheming Billie shocks him by tearing at her own clothes, screaming and scratching his face, TV Week has revealed.

Newcomer Billie in Home and Away

When Chris Harrington responds to Billie's cries for 'help', the scene that awaits him appears damning for Nate and the local doctor is soon arrested on suspicion of attempted sexual assault.

Although it initially looks as though Nate will be able to talk his way out of trouble, the case against him is strengthened when the police discover that Billie recently received a sexually explicit text message from his phone. Is this part of Billie's scam?

Home and Away airs these scenes next week on Network Seven in Australia and in August on Channel 5 in the UK.
